With BRAVE CF 81 around the corner, everyone's watching the co-main event between Ismail Naurdiev and Luiz Cado. But Super Welterweight champ Kamal Magomedov isn't just watching; he's thinking about who might be his next challenger.
Magomedov became the champ at BRAVE CF 77 in December 2023. He won against Marcin Bandel in the first round. Now, he's won three fights in a row in BRAVE Combat Federation.
Magomedov isn't worried about Naurdiev or Cado. He says Naurdiev always loses to top fighters, and he's one of them. He also doesn't think Cado has much of a chance.
"Ismail Naurdiev is not a difficult opponent for me. He will always lose to the top fighters, and I’m one of them. I am the champion, I will finish him or the Brazilian, easy. So far 11 guys have tried and I’ve finished 11, who will be number 12?,” Magomedov said.
Cado comes into BRAVE CF 81 with a three-fight winning streak, while Naurdiev is fresh off a win over Tahar Hadbi.

Aside from these two, Mohammad Fakhreddine, a former two-division champ, also wants a shot at the title. He's interested in becoming a three-division champ in BRAVE Combat Federation.
But after BRAVE CF 81 on April 20 in Ljubljana, Slovenia, we'll have a clearer picture of who might challenge Kamal Magomedov next.
