BRAVE Combat Federation has extended congratulations to Khamzat Chimaev after he captured the UFC Championship, marking another historic moment in global mixed martial arts.
Chimaev’s rise to the top began under the BRAVE CF banner, where he was scouted and compiled an undefeated 4-0 record. His run included several memorable performances, highlighted by a knockout victory over current ranked UFC middleweight Ikram Aliskerov.
After his dominant stint with BRAVE CF, Chimaev transitioned to the UFC, carrying the same relentless fighting style and finishing instincts that first brought him international attention. His championship triumph stands as proof of his dedication, skill and determination.
With the victory, Chimaev becomes the second BRAVE CF athlete to transition to the UFC and win a world title, following in the footsteps of Ilia Topuria. The milestone further underscores BRAVE CF’s role in discovering and developing elite mixed martial arts talent.
BRAVE CF President Mohammed Shahid praised the achievement, saying:
“Khamzat’s journey is a proud moment for BRAVE CF and for mixed martial arts as a whole. We are honored that part of his path to greatness began with us, where his talent first shone on the global stage. His rise to UFC Champion reflects his relentless dedication and proves that BRAVE’s scouting vision—finding and elevating talent from every corner of the world—can truly change the landscape of MMA.”
BRAVE CF officials said the promotion will continue its mission of elevating fighters worldwide to the pinnacle of combat sports while celebrating Chimaev’s historic success.
