BRAVE Combat Federation World Heavyweight Champion Pavel Dailidko (9-2) will make his first title defense against undefeated American grappler Odie Delaney (5-0) in the main event of BRAVE CF 94 on May 17 at Arena de Genève.
The championship bout highlights a classic striker-versus-grappler showdown, with Lithuania’s Dailidko known for his knockout power and Delaney bringing elite-level wrestling and submission skills.
Dailidko, nicknamed “The Experiment,” has earned a reputation as one of Europe’s most dangerous finishers, ending all of his BRAVE CF wins via stoppage. Ahead of his toughest challenge yet, he has sharpened his ground game at the UK’s BAARMY camp, training alongside UFC interim heavyweight champion Tom Aspinall and KSW titleholder Phil De Fries.
“People think I’m just a striker, but I’ve been working in silence,” Dailidko said in a recent training clip. “Let’s see who breaks first.”
Delaney enters the bout with a flawless professional record and a grappling résumé backed by NCAA wrestling credentials.
As BRAVE CF makes its Swiss debut, the spotlight will be on whether Dailidko can evolve beyond his knockout artistry to become a complete mixed martial artist—or if Delaney will extend his undefeated streak and claim the crown.
