Erko Jun, Mohammad Fakhreddine to Clash for Middleweight Title

BRAVE Combat Federation has announced a Middleweight title showdown between reigning Light Heavyweight champion Erko Jun and former two-division champion Mohammad Fakhreddine as the main event for June 7 in event Ljubljana, Slovenia.

A fight nearly a year in the making, the bout will be a battle of history versus legacy. Jun aims to become BRAVE CF’s second simultaneous two-division champion, while Fakhreddine looks to defend his status as the only fighter to achieve that feat.

Undefeated in BRAVE CF with three stoppage wins, Jun will also seek to extend his perfect record in the promotion. Having captured the Light Heavyweight title in Slovenia, he now has a chance to replicate that success on familiar ground.

Fakhreddine returned to BRAVE CF after a two-year hiatus at BRAVE CF 92, where he stopped Abdel Rahmane Driai. The Arab MMA legend, one of the most dangerous finishers in BRAVE CF history, now looks to reclaim the title he never lost and hand Jun his first defeat in the organization.

The event held in partnership with regional promotion WFC, underscores the promotion’s continued commitment to Slovenia and European MMA. Following two sold-out events in the country in 2024, this high-stakes clash is expected to set a new benchmark for MMA events in Europe.
