BRAVE Combat Federation is gearing up for an explosive event as it returns to Bogota, Colombia after a long hiatus of nearly four years. Set to take place from August 10 to 13, BRAVE CF 73 will be part of the thrilling BRAVE Pan-American Combat Week, in collaboration with IMMAF and the Latin Fighter Championship.

The co-main event promises to be a showstopper as two formidable Flyweight fighters, Zach Makovsky and Flavio Queiroz, go head-to-head on August 12. Makovsky, a former BRAVE CF Flyweight tournament competitor, is hungry for redemption after facing consecutive losses in the 125-pound division. With a last victory against the dangerous Velimurad Alkhasov in 2020, Makovsky is determined to remind the world of his potential and secure a well-deserved win on the global MMA stage.

Queiroz, on the other hand, arrives with confidence following a knockout victory over Igor Taylon at BRAVE CF 60. With a reputation for finishing fights early, Queiroz has amassed an impressive record of eleven stoppages, including eight knockouts, in his thirteen-fight career. As a dynamic striker, he presents an intriguing stylistic matchup against the grappling prowess of Makovsky.

BRAVE CF 73 marks the third overall event organized by the most global promotion in Colombia, solidifying its commitment to the Latin American MMA scene. This event, alongside the Latin Fighter Championship and IMMAF, sets the stage for the inaugural BRAVE Pan-American Combat Week, showcasing the best talent from the region.
