At BRAVE CF 68 next month, BRAVE Combat Federation stars Joilton Lutterbach and Mihail Cotruta are expected to light up Germany with a thrilling Super Lightweight match. And gold is on the line in their match in the co-main event.

For the interim BRAVE CF 165-pound world championship, Lutterbach and Cotruta will compete against one another. Both fighters hope to obtain the opportunity to unify their titles against Eldar Eldarov, the finest Super Lightweight in mixed martial arts.

The second-ranked 165-pound athlete is Moldova's Cotruta, who defeated Brazil's Luan Santiago in the opening round of the BRAVE CF 60 competition. Following the contest, Brazil's Lutterbach shocked the Super Lightweight division when he defeated Germany's Marcel Grabinski, a former number-one ranked athlete.

The late replacement who made his BRAVE CF debut was so remarkable that his victory propelled him to the top contender position. Lutterbach is a seasoned combat athlete with a remarkable 36-10-0, 1 NC mixed martial arts record. He holds six multi-division MMA championships, two K-1 championships, and black belts in Judo, Luta Livre, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. He also has a stellar grappling resume.

Before joining BRAVE CF, the 32-year-old Cotruta was unbeatable, amassing seven straight victories in two different organisations, which gave him the opportunity to compete on the international stage. After a lacklustre debut, he has recovered remarkably, defeating former world champion Santiago in a flash by submission.

In that triumph, the Master of Sports in Combat Sambo displayed all of his tools, striking Luan severely before ending the fight with a submission to raise his 78% finish percentage.

Both athletes have expressed a strong desire to challenge Eldar Eldarov. They will now have the opportunity to win interim gold and establish themselves as the unbeatable challengers to the reigning lineal champion.

The BRAVE CF 61 / NFC 10 event, which took place in Bonn this past August, marked the beginning of the BRAVE CF, NFC, and fighting.de partnership. On December 17, the second-ever Germany show will be held in Dusseldorf.
