The fight card for BRAVE Combat Federation's second trip to Germany contains two modifications. The main event of BRAVE CF 68, which will be held in conjunction with NFC (National Fighting Championship), was originally scheduled to be the co-Welterweight promoter's title fight.
However, due to the persisting effects of a coronavirus infection, Islam Dulatov has been forced to withdraw, and his vacant NFC Welterweight title fight against Florim Zendeli has been cancelled. Tamirlan Dadaev will now face Zendeli in a non-title bout.
The evening's new main event is a BRAVE CF Super Lightweight interim world title battle. In a confrontation of premier grapplers as luta-livre, jiu-jitsu, and judo black belts, Joilton Lutterbach faces Mihail Cotruta for the belt and the right to challenge lineal titleholder Eldar Eldarov. Lutterbach is pitted against combat sambo master of sports Cotruta.

Ismail Naurdiev, a two-time Super Welterweight title contender, will face Belarus' Vadim Kutsyi in the new co-main event.
Another alteration is the return of Axel Sola. The Frenchman, who was widely regarded as the best pound-for-pound fighter in IMMAF during his amateur days, was scheduled to face Belgium's Issa Isakov, but Isakov withdrew due to injury and was replaced by Brazil's Matheus Miranda.
