BRAVE Combat Federation held its official weigh-ins for BRAVE CF 62 ahead of yet another historic show taking place in Kazakhstan tomorrow night. In association with leading local promotion, Octagon League, BRAVE CF 62 is now one day away from the brand’s third visit to the Central Asian nation, and the BRAVE CF fighters have stepped on the scales for the official weigh-ins, with only one of them - out of 16 - falling shy of his marker.
Russian standout, Akhmed Shervaniev - coming in at 71,7kg - failed to meet his required Lightweight marker ahead of his huge showdown against fellow countryman, Kamil Magomedov (70,6kg), but the barnburner will go ahead, with Shervaniev forfeiting 30% of his purse. Both Kazakhstan’s Olzhas Eskaraev (70,65kg) and Filipino MMA legend Rolandy Dy (70,4kg) - who will be leading the BRAVE CF portion of the card - looked in prime condition as they successfully stepped off the scales with glee in anticipation of their high-stakes Lightweight duel.
