BRAVE Combat Federation Announces Grand Return to Bahrain

The global juggernaut of mixed martial arts, BRAVE Combat Federation, is set to make a triumphant return to its home in the Kingdom of Bahrain on December 15 for an electrifying mega-event. This spectacular showcase will mark the culmination of the latest edition of the BRAVE International Combat Week, renowned as the largest combat sports festival globally.

Headlining a week-long extravaganza, the event promises to deliver the most significant BRAVE Combat Federation card of the year. Beyond the thrilling matchups, the festivities will also witness the return of the International Mixed Martial Arts Federation (IMMAF) competition to Bahrain. This comeback follows the tremendous successes of previous World Championships and the MMA Super Cup held in the region.

The much-anticipated 2023 IMMAF Asian Championships, in collaboration with BRAVE CF and the Asian MMA Federation, is scheduled to unfold from December 10 to 16 as an integral part of the BRAVE International Combat Week. The IMMAF competition will feature categories for Senior (18+), Junior (U21), and Youth (U18) athletes, adding an extra layer of excitement to the already action-packed week.

Bahrain, having hosted the BRAVE International Combat Week in 2022 with the historic MMA Super Cup and BRAVE CF 57, solidifies its position as the perfect host for this monumental event. The return of the BICW to its Bahraini roots serves as a fitting conclusion to a record-breaking year for BRAVE CF. In 2023, the organization achieved a milestone by being hosted in its 29th nation, breaking the world record for the MMA organization hosted in the greatest number of countries.

The journey commenced with the kickoff of 2023 in Serbia, marking the second trip to the country for the first-ever BICW edition outside the Middle East. The Serbia BRAVE International Combat Week, coupled with the 2022 IMMAF World Championships, broke all records, establishing itself as the largest combat sports festival globally. The BRAVE legacy continued in August with the groundbreaking South American edition of the BICW in Bogota, Colombia, alongside the IMMAF Pan American Championships, creating a historic moment for mixed martial arts in the Americas.

Now, as the curtains rise for the final act, the BRAVE International Combat Week returns to Bahrain, rekindling the magic of the 2022 edition.
