Bidzina Gavashelishvili is making his mark in the Flyweight division as he builds on a successful promotional debut at BRAVE CF 72. With a tremendous unanimous decision victory over the previously undefeated Muhammad Idrisov, Gavashelishvili has become the first Georgian fighter to secure a win in a BRAVE CF bout since the historic night in November 2019 when Guram Kutateladze and Ilia Topuria announced themselves as future superstars.

Ilia Topuria, known for his submission skills, had been refining his knockout power in training, and at BRAVE CF 26, he showcased his world-class boxing with a brutal first-round knockout of Luis Gomez, instantly catapulting him to superstardom.

Similarly, Guram Kutateladze displayed his impressive skills at his BRAVE CF debut, defeating Erick da Silva by unanimous decision. At BRAVE CF 29, he faced Felipe Silva and, after being stunned early on, unleashed a devastating left hook that left Felipe senseless, solidifying his reputation as "The Georgian Viking."

Inspired by his compatriots' successes, Bidzina Gavashelishvili aims to follow in their footsteps by challenging for the Flyweight title. Having vanquished a rising superstar in Idrisov, Gavashelishvili asserts his readiness to become the number one Flyweight in the world.

With an impressive debut and a strong call-out, Bidzina Gavashelishvili is poised to establish himself as the next big thing in the Flyweight division and carry the torch for Georgian MMA on the global stage.

‘’I’ve been watching BRAVE CF for a long time, I really like BRAVE CF and I’m happy here. Next, I hope to fight for the belt. I’m the number one in Europe, and I want to be the number one in the world. I’m ready to fight for the belt here,” he noted.
