Aturto 3.0 Results: Featherweight GP Semifinals Set

The Aturto 3.0: Dirang Dominance fight night delivered a night of explosive action, with the highly anticipated Aturto Featherweight Grand Prix quarterfinals taking center stage. Four fighters — Neitso Angami, Kon Jarbin, Lakhan Laishram and Nilesh Chaudhary — emerged victorious, booking their places in the semifinals of the tournament.

Neitso Angami earned a hard-fought unanimous decision win over Nishant Karkera in a high-paced battle, while Kon Jarbin stopped Karan Chauhan via first-round TKO in 2 minutes and 5 seconds. Lakhan Laishram delivered a highlight-reel knockout over Bikky Das at 3:12 of Round 1, and Nilesh Chaudhary forced George Lalmuanawma to tap to a triangle choke in just over three minutes.

With the wins, the Featherweight GP semifinals are now set: Kon Jarbin will face Lakhan Laishram, while Neitso Angami will square off against Nilesh Chaudhary in the next stage of the semi-pro tournament.

Elsewhere on the card, Tuting Sonam Waii opened the event with a quick guillotine submission over Andy Masynting, while Raymond Bina secured a dominant decision over Nabam Nanu in flyweight action. Donbook Nongrum scored a swift TKO in just 35 seconds in a K-1 bout against Daniel Boje, who received a 30-day medical suspension.

The pro card also featured an impressive KO win by Thailand’s Emtiramok Emri in a catchweight Muay Thai clash against Rantu Sonowal, who was handed a 60-day medical suspension following the bout. The event was sanctioned by FMMAI.
