Andrew Huberman is a name that most people are familiar with.
American neuroscientist Andrew D. Huberman holds a tenured associate professor position in the Stanford University School of Medicine's department of neurobiology, psychiatry, and behavioural sciences.
He has made contributions to the domains of neuronal regeneration and repair, brain plasticity, and brain development. The visual system, particularly the mechanisms governing the brain's circadian and autonomic arousal centres' light-mediated activation, as well as brain control over conscious vision or sight, is the subject of much of his research.
The Huberman Lab Podcast
However, most people know him for his podcast, The Huberman Lab which is one of the most popular podcasts in the world at the moment as per various stats.
Huberman started the "Huberman Lab" podcast in 2021 with the intention of turning neuroscience into practical tools. On Apple Podcasts and Spotify, it is a popular podcast.

After his appearance on the Lex Fridman Podcast, he was initially motivated to launch the podcast. The research on supplements, such as Tongkat Ali (Eurycoma Longifolia), Fadogia Agrestis, and many more, is also covered by Andrew.
While the collaboration with Huberman and Lex Fridman had led to the birth of the famous podcast, it also led to an interesting video where Huberman is seen trying out Jiu-Jitsu.
Known for exploring things that are beneficial for his health and mind, Huberman decided to try out Jiu Jitsu and a video of the same was posted on YouTube recently.

Fridman, interestingly, is a BJJ Blackbelt along with being a research scientist at MIT. Just like Huberman, he also hosts a podcast which has gained mass popularity. You can see the video of Fridman and Huberman trying out BJJ in the video below.
