World Boxing Council (Asia) and Boxing Council (India) will be conducting a two-day seminar for ring officials starting from December 19, 2020. The seminar will cover topics such as refereeing, rules of boxing, judging, and ring official ethics among others.
The seminar will be led by ring officials’ chairman, Dr. Thawuth Pluemsamran assisted by WBC Asian Boxing Council Secretary-General, Kevin Noone and one more member of the WBC Asian Boxing Council ring officials’ team.

For the uninitiated, the World Boxing Council - Asia is affiliated under the World Boxing Council (WBC) which was found back in 1963. WBC is one of the four major organizations that sanction professional boxing and has had a long list of notable champions including the likes of Tyson Fury and Errol Spence Jr. among others.
