Ritu Phogat continued her impressive run in MMA after picking up a first-round TKO win over Jomary Torres of the Philippines at ONE: BIG BANG on December 4, 2020, in Singapore.

Ritu landed a takedown just a couple of minutes into the first-round itself after which she was on the driving seat. The Indian managed to land multiple transitions from top and landed few strikes in between as well before closing the fight in crucifix with strikes.

This was Ritu’s fourth MMA fight and with the win, she is now 4-0 in her professional MMA career and in ONE Championship.

Prior to the fight, she had secured an impressive second-round TKO win over Nou Srey Pov of Cambodia back in October at ONE: Inside the Matrix and had also defeated Chiao Chen Wu of China in February making it 3-0 in the year 2020.

The Indian Tigress made her Mixed Martial Arts debut back in November 2019 against Nam Hee Kim after an accomplished wrestling career. She has been on a dominant run in Mixed Martial Arts ever since and has been vocal about her desire to become the Atomweight Champion in ONE Championship.

It would be interesting to see what 2021 holds for Ritu and her MMA career. Let us know your thoughts on the same in the comment section below.
