Reinier De Ridder has two wins over Aung La N Sang in ONE Championship. The Dutchman first defeated Aung La to win the ONE Middleweight title and then followed it up with another win against the Burmese Python through which he won the ONE Light Heavyweight title.
Though there have been some talks about a third fight between the two, the Double champion feels that there is not point in having such a fight.
"I finished him easily in the first fight, I dominated him for 25 minutes in the second, what else is there to prove? What else do I have to prove? Maybe this time don’t take him down and then beat him in a stand-up? Maybe, who knows,” De Ridder said during his interview with SCMP MMA (h/t Sportskeeda)
He went on to add that he is indeed interested in a showdown with Vitaly Bigdash while stating that a third fight with Aung La does not excite him.

"If it is Bigdash, yeah. It will be cool to see... because Bigdash did a lot of good work against Fong Hong as well... To be honest, the Aung fight doesn’t excite me anymore,” the Dutchman said.
Despite the rivalry, De Ridder has a lot of respect for Aung La N Sang and said that he is happy to see Aung La back in winning ways.
"He did very well. It is good to see him back on the winning end. It was a shame for me personally because I really like to fight Leandro again. Would have been nice to see him win and then set up a fight with me. It was good to see Aung do what he does best,” De Ridder added.
