PCFL 9: Suraj Bahadur of India set to fight Taher Khuram of Afghanistan

Pro Combat Fight League (PCFL) is all set to roll out another exciting event in March with PCFL 9. One of the major attractions of the event will be the clash between Suraj Bahadur of India and Taher Khuram of Afghanistan.

Taher Khuram had called out Suraj through a video message recently and the Indian MMA fighter accepted the challenge which eventually led to the match being made for the event. PCFL 9 will happen on 27 March 2021 at Ladwa Kurukshetra in Haryana and is expected to have more exciting fights on the card.

Suraj has been quite active in the Indian MMA circuit lately and comes in with a wealth of experience having competed across multiple promotions all over the nation. Taher, meanwhile, will be looking to secure the biggest win of his career when he steps into the cage to fight Suraj at Welterweight.

PCFL 9 will also host amateur fights with the registration for the event open till 15 March 2021. Founded by Indian fighters Pankaj Khanna and Zeba Bano, PCFL had been active in 2021 having hosted events in Haryana and Afghanistan. The team notes that there will be total prize money of Rs. 1 Lakh for the amateur tournament and claims that it will be the biggest outdoor MMA event in Haryana.
