ONE Championship Dreams of Gold Results: Stamp Fairtex submits Asha Roka

Indian MMA star Asha Roka made her ONE Championship debut last day at ONE Championship: Dream of Gold as she went up against Stamp Fairtex, who is a two-sport world champion.

The match had captured the attention of MMA fans in India as everyone had high hopes for Asha. The result, however, did not go in favour of Asha as Stamp managed to submit the Indian in the third round via a rear-naked choke.

Despite the defeat, Asha had a tough performance which saw her stay strong against someone of the calibre of Stamp. And since this is only the debut for Asha, she still has a lot of time to improve and come back stronger.

Elsewhere, in the main event, Ilias Ennahachi got the better of Petchdam Petchyindee via a round 3 KO victory. In the co-main event kickboxing contest, Giorgio Petrosyan defeated Jo Nattawut through a first-round knockout.
