Indian MMA star Jason Ramesh Solomon has responded to Bhabajeet Choudhury. In an exclusive statement to LockerRoom India, Jason has noted that taking the vaccine is his choice and that he had notified the promotion earlier about his decision.

“First of all, I’m not scared of anyone. I chose not to take the vaccine because I don’t trust the vaccine. If Bhabajeet Choudhury has a problem with that then f**k Bhabajeet. I don’t give a f**k about Bhabajeet or anybody else that does like me, I don’t give a f**k about you,” he said in the video which you can see at the end of the article.

Jason further elaborated on the video with a statement which you can see below.

“I told Matrix Fight Night from the beginning I would not be taking the vaccine and asked him if they could make an exception they said they can't make an exception I said okay well then if you can't make an exception I'm not going to fight it has nothing to do with who I fight I don't care if I fight Anderson Silva or Jon Jones, it doesn't matter to me what matters to me is my choice and my rights to freedoms that I will not let anyone take away from me a lot of people do not trust the vaccine and know that the vaccine is still in the trial process and it's still dangerous that's why it's not 100% FDA approved it's only used for emergency purposes it has not gone through the proper trial phases to make sure it's safe for humans that's why I do not take the vaccine not because I’m scared of Bhabajeet Choudhury,” Jason noted.

Earlier, Bhabajeet Choudhury had revealed in an exclusive that the planned fight with Jason is off the table as Jason was not ready to take the vaccine. The MMA star hailing from Assam also noted that it was unprofessional from Jason’s side to do so.

“I was notified by the MFN Team that Jason has pulled out of the match saying that he cannot take the vaccine. When Matrix Fight Night first called, the first thing they asked was about the status of the vaccine. If he did not want to take the vaccine, he had to say at that time not with just one month away from the fight. If he is injured or sick, it is acceptable because, in training camp, all the fighters get injured but not taking the vaccine and showing it as a reason is unacceptable,” Bhabajeet had said.

"At Matrix Fight Night (MFN), We are trying to put the best fights possible and give opportunities for top fighters of the countries. But certain rules and protocols are governing events all around the world at the moment due to COVID-19. so, if fighters are not following it, our hands are tied,"
