Invicta FC 41 Results: Montserrat Ruiz submits Janaisa Morandin in main event

Invicta FC returned last day with Invicta FC 41 which was headlined by Montserrat Ruiz and Janaisa Morandin.

The main event saw Montserrat Ruiz pick up a dominant submission win in the first round itself with a key lock when Erin Blanchfield came out on top in the co-main event of the night.

Erin Blanchfield edged out Brogan Sanchez via a unanimous decision after three rounds of action. Kaitlin Young was also on the winning column of the night as she defeated Latoya Walker via a unanimous decision.

Caitlin Sammons and Claire Guthrie went the complete distance in their fight with the judges ruling in favour of Sammons in the end via a split decision. The opening fight of the night, meanwhile, saw Alexa Culp get a submission win via rear-naked choke against Natalya Speece in the second round. You can see the complete results from the event below.
