Fireside Chats on Boxing in India ? Round 5 set to feature Richard Whelan

The fifth instalment of Fireside Chats on Boxing in India by Boxing Council India and Club Fights is set to feature Elite Football League of India (EFLI) CEO, Richard Whelan.

An entrepreneur and venture capitalist, Richard Whelan will be trying to address the possibilities and challenges of professional sports in India. The chat will be moderated by sports analyst and author Abhishek Dubey.

It will be hosted on the Facebook page of Club Fights on Sunday, August 16, 2020, at 6:00 PM IST.

Prior to the fifth episode, the fourth episode will be live on Saturday 15, August and will feature Dr Saranjeet Singh. Earlier, in the third episode, Fireside Chats on Boxing in India saw renowned sports commentators Anupam Gulati and Milind Wagle talk about the role of media in sports.

The second episode meanwhile had featured Indian Boxing star Vikas Krishan Yadav who opened up about his boxing career, his future plans, Olympic aspirations and much more. You can check out the previous episodes on the Facebook and YouTube platforms of Club Fights.
