Former UFC Double champion Conor McGregor has called out Islam Makhachev. The Irish superstar called out Makhachev today through his Twitter and had some controversial words to say about the Russian fighter.

“I’ll fight that sh*t stain makchavich, no sweat. Embarrassing g’n’p the other night imo. Pitiful punching. And then bottles the rda fight after mouthing of him lol. Embarrassing. Watch when I come back. Same as before. Anyone. Any weight. Anywhere. Game full of shit stains,” Conor McGregor tweeted today through his official page.

Islam Makhachev had secured a dominant win over Bobby Green this past weekend at UFC Vegas 49 and had expressed his interest in stepping in short notice against Rafael Dos Anjos as well. However, the proposed fight between Makhachev and Dos Anjos did not go through and this has apparently urged McGregor to go off on the Dagestani star.

Currently on a ten-fight winning streak in the UFC, Islam holds a professional MMA record of 22-1 to his name and has not lost a fight since 2015. He had recently said that Conor would be an easy fight for him and added that Bobby Green is a tougher fight when compared to Conor.

As for Conor, he is currently on a two-fight losing streak with both losses coming against Dustin Poirier. Currently 22-6 in his professional MMA career, Conor last won a fight back in 2020 when he stopped Donald Cerrone in the first-round at UFC 246. Prior to this, he had suffered a loss to Islam’s teammate Khabib Nurmagomedov.
