Club Fights: A New Tomorrow is in the books and the event played host to five exciting boxing showdowns.

Savio Michael produced a memorable knockout against Kundeti Raju in the third round of their bout when Gnaneshwar got the better of Keshav Sama with a technical knockout. Vijay Kumar and Nitin Raj took home split decision win as well. Elsewhere, Suresh Pasham secured a unanimous decision win against Abhinav Kumar.

Dr. V Srinivas Goud, Honorable Minister for Sports & Youth Affairs, Government of Telangana launched a new Professional Boxing League "Club Fights" in Hyderabad as part of the event. Former Chief National Boxing Coach Mr. Emani Chiranjeevi, Former National Boxing Coach Mr. Omkarnath Yadav, Chairman of Sports Authority of Telangana State Allipuram Venkateshwar Reddy were present on the occasion. 

"Club Fights is designed to be one of the largest Grassroots Boxing Programme that will host different boxing clubs to compete, from there the champions are handpicked and fostered for further growth. To start with, we have 8 Clubs in Hyderabad who would be sending their teams to participate in a 15 week Hyderabad Boxing League. All the participants and winners are awarded with monetary benefits besides giving them an international break", quoted Kailashnath Yadav, CEO of Red Corner Sports Promotions.

Speaking on the occasion, Sri Allipuram Venkateshwar Reddy garu, Chairman, Sports Authority of Telangana State had assured support to the Club Fights and Boxing Council team to promote and develop boxing in the Telangana region. He appreciated the efforts of the Red Corner Sports Promotions and had briefed media about the plans and measures both Red Corner Sports Promotions and the Sports Authority of Telangana state are taking to host a bouquet of professional boxing events in near future.

Speaking about the collaboration, Dr. P. Vidyasagar from Palmsprings Motors, Evolet Electric Scooters and Motorcycles Distributor for Telangana State added that this fight is going to be Big for all of us, Evolet Motors, Club Fights and whole of the world as the world is witnessing new challenges currently with the ongoing pandemic. To communicate the same, we are collaborating with this Boxing Property in this campaign "Step Up & Fight" to Embrace the New Normal by following Covid guidelines besides setting new goals to meet the ongoing physical, monetary and mental challenges all of us going through.

Senior Boxer Chenna Keshav Reddy who is returning to the ring stated that participating in Club Fights will be a good opportunity for the boxers, with the eight clubs in Hyderabad that are betting big on talent development will help boxers gain a good exposure throughout the year when Abhinay Kumar, who trains at LB Stadium says that this will be a good opportunity to the beginners as this glamourous sports property will motivate them to perform better.

He concluded that the kind of digital presence Club Fights is offering to the players will help them achieve thorough professionalism in near future.
