BRAVE CF 47: Asian Domination opened the series of four consecutive events scheduled for the Kombat Kingdom and set the tone for what’s next in the upcoming weeks, with exciting fights, highlight-worthy knockouts, and high-level performances.
In the main event of the evening, Abdysalam Kubanychbek showed up in his best form so far inside the BRAVE CF Arena and completely dominated Rolando Dy, securing his Lightweight title shot in the process.
Winning pretty much every exchange taking place against a highly-decorated boxer, Omok was too much for Rolando to handle and after two rounds of aggressiveness and dominance from the Kyrgyz side, the Filipino’s corner threw the towel before the beginning of the third round.
With the triumph, Kubanychbek proved that he’s ready to face the winner of the scheduled world title bout between the reigning champion Amin Ayoub and the challenger Ahmed Amir.
With the win, Kubanychbek extended his professional record to 18 wins and only 3 losses, including a staggering 4-finish record under the truly global promotion banner. Dy, on the other hand, fell to 14-10, suffering his first loss since 2019.
South Korea’s Tae Kyun Kim knocked Husein Kadimagomaev out in the third round of the co-main event of the evening, winning this match of undefeated young stars. Kim now boasts a perfect 8-0 pro record.
One of the most shocking results of the night in the Arad Fort was Nemat Abdrashitov’s upset against the heavily favorite Anzor Abdulkhozhaev, with a second-round TKO.
The night also saw the brutal knockout of India’s Mohammed Farhad over Pakistan’s Uloomi Kareem in a true slugfest fashion.
BRAVE Combat Federation resumes the action next Thursday (18) with BRAVE CF 48: Arabian Nights, once again taking place at the Arad Fort, in Arad, Kingdom of Bahrain. The event will be headlined by the Lightweight match between Ylies Djiroun and Abdul-Rakhman Makhazhiev.
