Aung La N Sang gives his take on Reinier De Ridder vs. Vitaly Bigdash

The ONE Championship Middleweight title is all set to be on the line at ONE 159 when Reinier De Ridder defends the title against Vitaly Bigdash. The event is scheduled to happen on 22 July 2022 and the title fight between De Ridder and Bigdash will serve as the main event of the night.

One name that is familiar with both Reinier De Ridder and Vitaly Bigdash is Aung La N Sang. Aung La shared the ONE Circle with Bigdash on three occasions when he fought De Ridder twice. Speaking to ONE Championship recently, Aung La opened up about the fight between Bigdash and De Ridder.

“It’s going to be a good fight. They’re both very good competitors, so I’m excited about it, and I’m very familiar with both of them. It’s going to be a good one. It’s an exciting matchup for me and I’m really looking forward to who’s going to win that one,” he said.

De Ridder comes into the fight with an undefeated record of 15-0 to his name and had defeated ONE Welterweight champion Kiamrian Abbasov in his last outing. He holds two wins over Aung La N Sang and is also the reigning champion at the Light Heavyweight division.

Bigdash, on the other hand, is 12-2 in his career at the moment. He is now on a three-fight winning streak at the moment having defeated Aung La N Sang, Yuki Niimura, and Fan Rong. His last loss came against Leandro Ataides who interestingly was taken out by De Ridder.
