Iconic Rocky Star Carl Weathers Passes Away

Renowned US actor Carl Weathers has passed away at the age of 76, as confirmed by his family. Best known for his iconic portrayal of Apollo Creed in the initial four Rocky films, Weathers reportedly "died peacefully in his sleep," according to an official statement released by his family.

In addition to his significant role in the Rocky series, Weathers made an impact in Hollywood with notable performances in films such as Predator alongside Arnold Schwarzenegger and Adam Sandler's Happy Gilmore.
