ONE Championship made a triumphant return to the historic Lumpinee Boxing Stadium for ONE Fight Night 22: Sundell vs. Diachkova, showcasing thrilling bouts that left fans on the edge of their seats.
In the main event, 19-year-old rising star Smilla “The Hurricane” Sundell faced her toughest challenge yet against Natalia “Karelian Lynx” Diachkova. Diachkova started aggressively, landing effective combinations that visibly impacted Sundell in the first round. Sundell, however, lived up to her nickname, weathering the storm and increasing her tempo in the second round. A devastating left hook to the body halted Diachkova's momentum, followed by a barrage of strikes that prompted referee Olivier Coste to intervene, awarding Sundell a memorable come-from-behind victory.
In the co-main event, featherweight prospects Akbar Abdullaev and Halil “No Mercy” Amir clashed in an intense battle. Both fighters engaged in grappling exchanges, with Amir utilizing his taekwondo skills to keep Abdullaev at bay. As the fight progressed, Abdullaev found his rhythm, delivering a decisive left hook that rendered Amir unconscious just before the end of the second round, securing his third consecutive finish in ONE Championship.
