A perfect record is a fragile thing, and ONE Championship has just added two fighters determined to keep theirs intact. Ilmadi Israilov and Kalandar Tabarov join the promotion's bantamweight MMA ranks with a combined 14-0 record and contrasting paths to victory.
The 23-year-old Russian has built a career on suffocating grappling, tapping out six of his nine opponents through rear-naked chokes, a triangle, and a guillotine, five of them before the opening round even had a chance to breathe.
Israilov has been doing this since he was a teenager, debuting professionally in 2019 for Dagestan's Fight Club Akhmat and grinding through Russia's unforgiving regional circuit. His last two performances proved he can grind through three full rounds too, both ending in unanimous decisions.
Tabarov, meanwhile, is pure violence in four different flavors. The 27-year-old Tajik owns a 5-0 record and an 80 percent finishing rate, going the distance just once, in his debut, before stopping every single opponent placed in front of him since.
A 13-second stoppage opened his highlight reel, followed by a spinning wheel kick knockout that flattened a far more experienced foe. From there, Tabarov turned to the mat, submitting his way through a triangle choke and, in April 2026, a first-round arm-triangle.
Having spent most of his recent career around 145 pounds, Tabarov slots naturally into ONE's bantamweight division alongside Israilov, and both men now carry the same weight of expectation: keep the zero in the loss column.
