With a focus on helping the growth of mixed martial arts in the countries it has visited, BRAVE Combat Federation takes pleasure in being a global brand. Colombia and Bahrain are a couple of the best-known instances of this dedication.

When the "Pride of Bahrain," Hamza Kooheji, raises his country's competitive flag against the pride of Colombian MMA, Eduardo "El Burro," Mora, in an intercontinental Featherweight match at Kombat Kingdom's BRAVE CF 65 this month, two legends of the sport in both nations will collide!

Kooheji is a true icon of the growth of mixed martial arts in Bahrain, having started from the bottom and worked his way up to the top levels of the sport. He is admired and cherished by tens of thousands of fans. The now-champion Canadian Brad Katona defeated the former No. 1 contender for the BRAVE CF Bantamweight title at BRAVE CF 57 in a dismal split-decision loss.

The fact that the competition took place at the Khalifa Sports City Arena in his backyard was a tough pill for the Bahraini athlete to chew. It was particularly difficult for Kooheji because it ended a five-fight winning streak that had been fought for and achieved after years of hard work and dedication. The third-ranked BRAVE CF Bantamweight fighter, who will take on South American fighter Mora, is now attempting to rebuild his reputation by winning again.

Mora, a renowned Colombian athlete who has won three Amateur Colombian titles and a silver medal in the Pan-American Sambo Championship, is the face of Colombian MMA. His accomplishments led him to BRAVE CF, where he went on to win the Colombia leg of the Road to BRAVE CF.

He subsequently embarked on a five-fight winning streak, dominating the regional South American opposition, before losing to South Africa's Nkosi Ndebele, BRAVE CF's number-five-ranked Bantamweight, in a unanimous decision at BRAVE CF 60.

Mora still hasn't claimed that prized international victory, but he now has a fantastic chance to do it against one of the top international athletes on the BRAVE CF team.

A victory over Kooheji may be extremely positive for Mora and move him one step closer to being a contender in the future. Kooheji will be bursting with desire and pride as he attempts to right the wrongs of his past, bringing further spice to this important Inter-continental match at BRAVE CF 65 after the disappointment and anguish of missing out on a chance to win the title in his native country.
