Following McGregor's announcement, Michael Chandler expressed his readiness for the showdown. Reportedly telling ESPN, "Here we go. Any weight is good with me." He further addressed the development on social media, stating, "I always said I wanted you at your biggest, your baddest and your best. 185 would look good on me."
