Delhi to host ONE championship Open Workout featuring Ritu Phogat

Delhi is all set to host the open Workout for ONE championship: King of the Jungle and the event will feature Ritu Phogat. Ritu had made her ONE Championship debut back in November when she fought Nam Hee Kim of South Korea.

The fight ended in favour of the wrestling star via a first-round TKO and now, she is scheduled to have her second fight at ONE: King of the Jungle On February 28.

Ritu will be fighting Chiao Chen Wu of China at the event which will happen at the Singapore Indoor Stadium. Ahead of this showdown, ONE championship will be hosting an Open Workout of Ritu at the National Sports Club of India in New Delhi.

The event is scheduled to take place on 12 February 2020 and will start at 12:00 PM IST. While the entry is free for all, it is recommended to get the name listed by contacting one of the leads given in the poster. Media registrations for the event will start at 11:00 AM IST as well.

Ritu’s father and Olympic Coach Mahavir Singh Phogat have been announced as a special guest for the event as well. You can see the event poster with details below:

Elsewhere, ONE: King of the Jungle will be headlined by the Atomweight Kickboxing World Championship title fight between Stamp Fairtex and Janet Todd when the Strawweight Muay-Thai World Title fight between Sam-A-Gaiyanghadao and Rocky Ogden will serve as the co-main event.
