Bellator 251 is in the books and saw Corey Anderson make a statement in his Bellator MMA debut. Anderson, who went up against Melvin Manhoef in the main event, secured a dominant second-round TKO win via ground and pound strikes to make sure that the Bellator roster took notice of him.

In the co-main event, Tyrell Fortune got the better of Said Sowma after three rounds when Austin Vanderford also got a decision victory over Vinicius de Jesus. Derek Anderson, Georgi Karakhanyan, Julius Anglickas, Janay Harding, and Ali Zebian also picked up wins in their respective fights on the card.
