Alexis Davis vs. Julija Stoliarenko announced for February 5 UFC Event

An exciting Bantamweight bout between Alexis Davis and Julija Stoliarenko has been announced by the UFC for their upcoming event on February 5, 2022. The announcement was made on the UFC Canada Twitter account today.

Alexis comes into the fight on the back of a 20-11 professional MMA record and will be looking to bounce back strongly from her recent loss to Pannie Kianzad. Alexis is 1-4 in her last four fights having lost to names like Viviane Araujo, Jennifer Maia, and Katlyn Chookagian with her only win coming against Sabina Mazo back in February 2021.

Julija Stoliarenko, meanwhile, is 9-5 in her professional MMA career and is coming off two back-to-back defeats. She made her UFC debut back in August 2020 against Yana Kunitskaya and had suffered a decision loss. In her second outing in June 2021 she suffered a submission loss to Julia Avila which makes this a very important fight for the Lithuanian fighter.

Apart from the fight, Hakeem Dawodu vs. Mike Trizano, Chidi Njokuani vs. Marc-Andre Barriault, and Malcolm Gordon vs. Denys Bondar are also added to the fight card.
